Major Problems That make your daily life Bad:

Overthinking.

You think much than you do. It's a major problem of decreasing you goodness, make you and your skills poor each day. You have to use your overthinking skills to fight against your problems and to be realistic in this fake society. You have to start thinking on Paper this will bring solutions for you. Researches Says Only 10-20% from you think for really their Growth and solve their problems by their overthinking skills but the left 70-80% people's only wasting their power and loosing their self.  

Laziness.

Leaving your body, your work, and all your actions to your mind will makes you lazy Stops you learning and Working and then your mind shows your happiness is always in your comfort zone. Always understand your brain is the biggest Matrix and your biggest enemy it's trigger you to do nothing and only your brain can defeat you Nothing other can. So mastery in it and never give your And never let your allow your brain to rule on you.

Laziness, bad habits, procrastination let you do nothing and you find you happiness in your comfort zone, this pull you down and limit your boundaries. You have to recognise your biggest enemy not want you to win the game, and he always wants to destroy your plan. You have to choose any kind of physical activities which can make you sweat and consume much energy this will increase your limitations, your blood circulation, your self controle, your stamina and your body too. Being physical also increase your Mental Health.

Bad Mental Health.

Over thinking, procrastination, anxiety, trust issues, bad relationship, fear of deny, fear of loosing, over lust, family problems, self doubts, self comparison, bad self affirmations, and bad reputation of your character in your thoughts, these things are the most small seeds Bad mental Health which grow slowly but become very Bigger. Every time when we fall into these situations we should once take our self out of this situation and think is any of these things increasing quality of my life is it good for my problems, would they solve my problems if you find no so you have to be quiet away and not think much. 
Solutions for Bad Mental Health are to first be quite and try Meditation every day, try physical activities, take cold bath, cold face deep, cold foot deep, and writing down your problems will give you accurate solutions if you are getting panic so further talk to any friend or take consultant.

Not Creating Daily Plans.

Leaving your daily life on your mind will always decrease your life quality and make your poorer daily. You have to create your daily plan like what would you done tomorrow, you should start making it your habit like firstly creating to-do list for your problems and then Creat To-do list for your goals, a foolish man with Plan can defeat a Genius man without plan. If you start doing that you'll definitely see positive results in 20-30 working days.

Blaming instead Working.

If You are a man so it's your own responsibility to be happy to be successful, to be rich, to be healthy, to be powerful, to be positive no one other hand will come from heaven to make you rich make you successful. Iam not teasing offending girls but you can see if a girl fall evidently from a cycle 4 hands will always for her to help but, if a boy got major accident and injured no one will come to help you they record you and wait until you wake up your self... So stop Blaming other for your problems you are only one who can solve your own problems, start working from today, from now.

Having Bad Mentality Circle.

If you have people's who are very toxic,  have very bad and negetive mentality they will never increase quality of any penny in your life if you are not inspiring by any one from your circle so you are not in circle you are in a cage, leave the cage and find ocean Mentality people's...

Bad Daily Routine.

If you sleep late daily, wake up very late, for no reasons don't have any dream, not working on yourself always eating late and fastfood, don't have good habit so you have a Bad Daily Routine the only thing you can do is to self talk and understand your self, ask your self is It good, am I increasing my life quality, will my parents my future child be proud on me, if the answer is no, so brother you have to change it, I know leaving your comfort zone in one moment is not easy and you'll not able to leave it if you leave it in your motivated time because these kind of things need disciplined mind which is only controlled by a man, he can leave his comfort zone for his Dreams slowly but definitely.

Bad Quality of Sleep.


If you have no important work and you being night owl only to scroll social media, play silly games, flirt online so you are on the wrong path you don't know how much bad is you life going you dont need to be night owl and wake up for hours after midnight, if you will decrease you sleep hours and have bad Quality of sleep so you'll not able to attain growth, be productive and change your life...
You can take a Good Quality sleep by leave your mobile phone before 2 hours of sleep, by having good affirmation, by having cold bath before sleep or cold water face and foot deeping process it's increasing your blood circulation, remove your Laziness and your tention very quickly and also take consultation from experienced doctor.
